State of the Art System Our anodizing system is unique in that we have two anodizing tanks on both our Type II (clear coat) and Type III (hard coat) lines. This allows us to double output and efficiency when compared to most anodizing operations that only have one anodizing tank per line. Our large tanks can anodize parts 5’ wide x 10’ long. Our superior equipment allows us to process load sizes larger than 300 square feet, which isn’t possible at most job shops that cater to a wide range of metal finishing. Our anodizing facility was designed for large volumes and efficiency in Type II (clear coat) and Type III (hard coat) anodizing. Additional Equipment: - 270 ton chiller

| | Anodizing Quality Control Process control on the anodizing line starts with metal quality, precleaning and racking, and ends with unracking, possible surface clean-up and a final inspection. Quality control procedures at Carlson Products include a documented inspection of parts both before and after the anodizing process to ensure that material defects are not accidentally attributed to operational error. |
