This door’s “green” interior design uses hex comb panels, constructed using virgin linerboard that is produced with 20% recycled paper content. It is Chlorofluorocarbon free, emits zero VOC’s and is certified by SFI, the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.

The new design removes approximately 2/3 of the weight of a standard heavy-duty door, thus reducing the labor, material and handling and resulting in a less expensive door; reducing freight cost because of its weight, and reducing wear and tear on the hinge and bearings. Its one-solid-piece design helps prevent warping, is easier to install and ergonomically friendly. All options and accessories are available on this door.

Construction: Standard features are 12″ x 20″ window, full length extruded hinge mount, 24″ thermoplastic rubber teardrop bumpers, heavy-duty steel jamb guards, full perimeter gasket and hinge covers. It is available in aluminum or composite skins.
